    Juno

    Black

The Juno Black Kitchen Door is a UK-made stock replacement kitchen door that offers a slim, modern take on classic shaker styling. Its thin-stile frame keeps the design looking lighter and cleaner than a heavier traditional shaker, making it a good fit for kitchens that want framed detail without feeling overly ornate.

In Black, Juno brings a stronger darker finish that gives the slim shaker frame a sharper contemporary edge. Built in 18mm and supplied as a ready-made door, it works well for customers who want a stock option with more character than a plain slab while still keeping the overall finish practical, current and easy to live with.

Made in the UK, the Juno Black kitchen door is a ready-made replacement door designed for fitted kitchens, utility rooms and other furniture projects.

    Specification

Juno gives you a slimmer shaker look that feels more current than a heavier traditional frame. It suits customers who want classic structure in the design, but with cleaner proportions for a more updated kitchen scheme.

All Avanti stock doors are manufactured in the UK and supplied undrilled as standard. A bespoke hinge hole drilling service is available if required, typically adding around one working day to lead time. Matching accessories and panels are available across the range, and non J-pull styles can be paired with separate handles to suit your chosen look.

Product care: Clean with a soft cloth and warm water or a mild non-abrasive detergent, then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals, scouring pads, steam cleaners, solvent-based products and excessive moisture. Like any decorative door finish, it should be protected from sharp impact, standing water and excessive heat. All doors are covered by a limited 6 year guarantee when properly fitted, used and cared for.

    How To Measure Guide

    How to Measure your Doors

To ensure your replacement doors are made to the correct size, please follow these measuring guidelines carefully:

Measure from the reverse side of the door

    • Always measure the back of the cabinet door for the most accurate dimensions.

    Measure the height (A)

    • Place your tape measure straight along the full vertical edge of the door from top to bottom.
    • Ensure the tape follows the edge of the door and is not angled.

    Measure the width (B)

    • Measure across the full horizontal width of the door from edge to edge.
    • Keep the tape measure straight and level for an accurate reading.

    Record measurements in millimetres

    • Enter your sizes as Height x Width
    • Example: 715mm x 496mm

    Double-check all measurements

We recommend measuring each door individually, even if multiple doors appear to be the same size.

If you need any help confirming your measurements, please contact our team on 0333 772 4515 or sales@doorsandfittings.co.uk

    Door or Drawer

direction of wood grain differs on doors and drawers

need specific version of this for each door range as not all ranges have woodgrain finishes

explain more of the specifics of the door/drawer design

for the shaker range the drawer can come as a plain panel or have an inner section or just the ends finished.  should show the specifics for the ranges as to what the options are

22mm doors have white melomine backing, 25mm doors have montana oak backing

    Door Hinge Drilling

If you require hinge holes pre-drilled in your replacement doors, there are two options available in the dropdown menu:

    Standard Hinge Position

Our standard hinge hole position is 100mm from the top and bottom of the door (measured to the centre of each hinge hole).

    Custom Hinge Position

If your existing doors use different hinge positions, we can pre-drill to your custom measurements.

How to Measure Custom Hinge Positions

Measure from the top edge of the door to the centre of the top hinge hole, and from the bottom edge of the door to the centre of the bottom hinge hole.

Hinge holes are always drilled 225mm in from the hinged side of the door (left or right as selected), so you only need to provide the top and bottom measurements.

    How to Identify Hinge Side

The hinge side is the edge of the door that remains attached to the cabinet when the door is opened, as shown in the diagram above.

    • If the hinges are attached on the left-hand side, select Left Hinged
    • If the hinges are attached on the right-hand side, select Right Hinged

There is typically around 5mm of adjustment within most hinge fittings, so your measurements do not need to be perfectly exact to the millimetre.

If you are unsure, please contact our team on 0333 772 4515 or sales@doorsandfittings.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
